How do I get an account?
Tap Sign up on the welcome screen, enter your email, and confirm via the link we send you. Pilot users may have received an invite code — if so, paste it on the sign-up page.

How do I redeem a reward code at the machine?
Open the Rewards tab, choose a reward, and tap “Redeem.” You’ll see an 8-character code that’s valid for 15 minutes.
At the machine, look for the keypad below the screen and enter the code. The discount applies to your next selection. If the code times out before you reach the machine, just generate another one — your points aren’t deducted twice.
Is HealthScan medical advice?
No. HealthScan shows nutrition information from public food databases and a heuristic 0–100 score so you can compare snacks at a glance. It is not medical or dietary advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified professional.

I was charged but didn't get my snack — what do I do?
We’re sorry. Most refunds are processed within one business day. Submit a refund request with the machine ID (printed on the machine’s side panel), the item you tried to buy, and the amount you were charged. We’ll reach back out by email.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account page and scroll to the Danger Zone section. Tap “Delete my account” and confirm. We’ll erase your profile, scan history, favorites, and points balance from our database within 30 days.
Reservations that have already been redeemed are anonymized rather than deleted, so the operator’s sales records remain accurate. We never sell or share this data.

I want to suggest a product
We love that. Suggestions go straight to the operator and influence what gets stocked next refill cycle.
Can I use this on Android or iPhone?
Yes. VendWell is a Progressive Web App, which means it runs in your phone’s browser and can be installed to your home screen for a full-app experience. There’s nothing to download from the App Store or Play Store.
How do I install this as an app?
iPhone (Safari): tap the Share icon (square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen, scroll down, and tap “Add to Home Screen.” Confirm the name and you’re done — the icon launches a full-screen, no-browser-bar experience.
Android (Chrome): tap the three-dot menu in the top-right and choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen.” Some devices show an automatic install banner a few seconds after the page loads — tap that and you’re set.
